FAQ’S

  • Due to Coast Guard regulations, we are limited to six passengers a tour (not including Captain and crew). While we'd hate to limit you, you may be surprised to find you appreciate having a more intimate experience on the boat. You will have plenty of room for you and your guests to enjoy all the luxuries the pontoon has to offer.

This rule must be strictly followed. We will not make any exceptions if your party arrives with more than 6 people. No refund will be issued in this case.

  • Dress up or down! Either way, we suggest arriving dressed and ready to go with your swimwear underneath your clothes. The boat has a small, tight pop-up changing area, but we don't recommend using it. To give you an idea, it's somewhat of a narrow tent, no wider than your shoulders. If you're comfortable with that, you're welcome to use it by all means!

Know you'll be out in the sun for an extended period of time, so please bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen to protect yourself. The Bimini top will keep you partially shaded, but it does not cover all areas of the boat.

For our Spring and Fall season and sunset cruises, keep in mind it is always a few degrees cooler on the water (even in the summer). So it's a good idea to bring a hoodie or light jacket on the tour.

Check the weather the day of your tour and dress accordingly. We go out light rain or shine! See our Cancellation Policy below for details.

  • Yes, our boat is equipped with a small, tight pop-up changing area with a small marine toilet. It is not like your normal house toilet and everyone needs to sit down in order to use it. We recommend using the bathroom before arriving or utilizing the bathrooms at the pick-up location. Depending on the tour route you choose, stops can be made where a bathroom can be accessed.
